Once you are accepted to M State, you must submit a separate application to become a candidate for the nursing program. Application packets for all M State nursing programs can be found at minnesota.edu/nursing.

Your $20 application fee can be paid online when you submit your application, at any M State campus bookstore or by mailing a check to the M State Processing Center at PO Box 309, Perham, MN 56573.

To attend M State as a PSEO student, you must complete the PSEO application, the agreement of understanding and the Department of Education form. You also must provide an official high school transcript, meet GPA guidelines and pass the Accuplacer assessment. To participate in the PSEO program, high school juniors must have a 3.2 overall GPA, and seniors are required to have a 2.8 GPA. Complete PSEO information can be found at minnesota.edu/admissions.
The M State FAFSA code is 005541. When you enter this code, the address of the M State Processing Center in Perham will appear.
